We do not assume responsibility for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the provision of our services. If valuable items are present, please understand that we may refrain from cleaning certain areas until these items are safely removed by the vehicle’s owner.
Should there be any dissatisfaction with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. This allows us to address any concerns and verify that the appropriate service package has been selected and executed to your satisfaction.
On the day of your appointment, our team may advise if additional work is required, either before or after the scheduled vehicle clean.
On Point Valeting holds insurance for both damage and public liability.
We reserve the right to decline any work, for any reason, without explanation.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal abuse. Please maintain a respectful and kind demeanor to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
Cancellations and Late Payment Fees:
Cancellations made over 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for rebooking at no charge. For cancellations made under 24 hours, we are happy to rebook, but a cancellation fee will apply, requiring full payment again.
Late payment fees will be applied if payment has not been made within 24 hours. Legal percentage fees will be added if the payment is overdue by more than 7 days unless otherwise agreed with OPV.
